Net income for the quarter ended September 30, 2023, was $1.3 million representing an increase of 2.2% or $27 thousand from the quarter ended September 30, 2022.

Net income for the quarter ended June 30, 2023, was $1.1 million representing a decrease of 25.7% or $397 thousand from the quarter ended June 30, 2022. Excluding income generated from loans in the Paycheck Protection Program(PPP), core net income in the second quarter of 2023 increased by $306 thousand or 36.6% compared to second quarter 2022 core earnings

Net income for the quarter ended March 31, 2023, was $1.3 million, representing an increase of 12% or $135 thousand over the first quarter ended March 31, 2022. Excluding income generated from loans in the Paycheck Protection Program (“PPP”), core net income in the first quarter of 2023 increased by $819 thousand or 180% compared to the 2022 first quarter core earnings.
