(1) A service charge of $6.00 will be imposed each monthly statement if the average available balance falls below $500. First 50 debit transactions per monthly statement cycle are at no cost, thereafter the cost is $.10 per debit transaction in excess of 50.

(2) A service charge of $10.00 will be imposed each monthly statement if the average available balance falls below $2,500. First 100 debit transactions per monthly statement cycle are at no cost, thereafter the cost is $.10 per debit transaction in excess of 100.

(3) A service charge of $9.00 will be imposed each monthly statement if the minimum daily balance falls below $5,000 or the average monthly balance of $10,000 is not maintained. First 50 debit transactions and first 20 deposits or credit transactions per monthly statement cycle are at no cost, thereafter the cost is $.12 per debit transaction in excess of 50 and the cost is $1.20 per deposit or credit transaction in excess of 20.
