Greg Spear
Mr. Spear was appointed the Bank's Chief Financial Officer on November 1, 2009. Mr. Spear spent the last eight years serving as CFO for two publicly traded financial institutions in the Pacific Northwest, both of which had assets in excess of $1.0 billion in assets. He is a 25-year banking veteran and a graduate of the University of La Verne where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting as well as holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Chico. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Oregon.
Robin Seelye
Ms. Seelye joined the Bank in August 2011 as Senior Operations Officer, bringing 18 years of community bank management, compliance, and quality control experience. Throughout her career she has held key operations positions with community banks in Montana and the Pacific Northwest. In addition to her long career in community banking she also worked for our primary regulator, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), where she gained invaluable experience in the areas of compliance and credit oversight. Ms. Seelye received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno.
Robert C. Navarrete
Robert C. Navarrete, was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer in December 2012. Robert is a community minded person. He enjoys working with local businesses to help them utilize the Bank’s many products and services that will best serve their needs. For more than 30 years, Robert has worked with top tier banking institutions throughout the Bay Area. Most recently, he served as Chief Credit Officer for Trans Pacific National Bank in San Francisco. Prior to that, he was Chief Credit Officer with Global Trust Bank in Mountain View. Mr. Navarrete holds degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Real Estate from San Jose State University and has continued with post-graduate work in accounting at Golden Gate University, San Francisco.
David Warner
Mr. Warner was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Director on March 1, 2009, having served as the interim CEO from October 27, 2008. Mr Warner has had considerable community banking experience in California. He was an organizer, Director and President/CEO of Premier Business Bank in Los Angeles. Prior to this he was President/CEO of Pacific Union Bank, also in Los Angeles. He has also served as a Director of Redwood Empire Bancorp in Santa Rosa. Mr. Warner also has extensive international banking experience, having worked in Asia for a number of years.

Joseph Robello
Prior to Mr. Robello's appointment as a director, he served as Chairman of the Bank's Advisory Board. A former marine and veteran of the Vietnam War, Mr. Robello founded Eden Communications, Inc., a telecommunications company, in 1980. Mr. Robello served as owner/CEO until his retirement in 2001 and selling the business. Mr. Robello is active in Rotary, having served as President for two rotary clubs, Steinbeck Rotary Club in Salinas and Rodeo Rotary, and has also served on various fundraising committees of Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital.

Guillermo Nieto
Guillermo Nieto was one of the organizers of Pacific Valley Bank. He is the general partner in Nieto Limited Partnership which manages various businesses and real estate assets in the Salinas Valley including apartments, laundromats and a shopping center.
Michael D. Cling
Born in Carmel, he is a graduate of Salinas High and since 1949 has resided in Salinas; he began practicing law in 1975, specializing in business and real estate transactions, real estate development, land use and litigation. He is a member of the California State Bar and American Bar Association.
Rodney Braga
Born and raised in the Salinas Valley, he is the managing partner of Braga Ranch, a row crop vegetable company in Soledad, and President of Sebastian Harvesting Company. Additionally, he is also a Director of The United Vegetable Growers Cooperation and a past director of the Grower Shippers Association.
Andrew P. Ausonio
Born in Salinas and raised in Castroville, he owns Ausonio Incorporated, a design and construction company. He has been involved in a number of community organizations and is on the Board of Salinas Rotary and the Builders Exchange.
Louis P. Cosentino
Born and raised in Monterey, his professional background includes sales, leasing, property management and land development. He has been a real estate broker since 1985 and currently is president of Cosentino Realty Co., Inc. and Columbus Property Management. In addition, he is a partner in various family-owned real estate companies.
Anthony Cosentino
Anthony Cosentino is a licensed real estate broker in Monterey County and Vice President of Cosentino Realty Company Inc. / Columbus Property Management. He is currently on the board of the Monterey Commercial Property Owners Association (MCPOA) and Vice President of the New Monterey Business Association (NMBA). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Management Information Systems and he holds a Masters in Business Administration, specializing in Banking and Financial Institutions
Peter Shah, Chairman of the Board
Peter Shah (Chairman of the Board) is a CPA practicing in Salinas, California. He is President & CEO of Stevens, Sloan & Shah CPAs, a California professional corporation. He is also Chairman of Pacific Ag Credit Inc and La Presente, Inc. He was an organizer of Pacific Valley Bank. He is a Rotarian and also runs a non-profit called Global Uplift, Inc.
